We will always endeavor to dispatch all Formula One Paddock Club™ Tickets to a pre-agreed postal address via a secure delivery service. This will usually take place one week prior to the race weekend. Further information surrounding the event will follow electronically closer to the time to help assist with the planning of your trip. This is subject to the information being confirmed by the race event organizers and the tickets being dispatch to us in a timely manner.
We require this information in order for guests to gain access to the Formula One™ Paddock and The Aston Martin Red Bull Racing Garage. Not only is this a requirement of Formula One Management for insurance purposes but it also allows us to ensure all guests receive a personalised welcome on arrival.
Unfortunately once an order has been confirmed, we are subject to the terms put in place by Formula One Management which operates a non-replacement policy.
As a Formula One Paddock Club™ Guest you are entitled to access the dedicated Formula One Paddock Club™ Parking Zone. One Car Parking Pass is usually issued for every three Formula One Paddock Club™ Tickets purchased. Additional Car Parking passes are normally available for purchase and Chauffeur Passes are required at some races. Please refer to our additional ticket information document or alternatively refer to each circuit’s website for more information on using alternative methods of transport to the track.

We always endeavor to offer a garage tour for every ticket purchased over the race weekend. We do our best to allocate all of our guests a garage tour time and for this reason, it is important that you make yourself known to us upon arrival and confirm your tour time with us. Tour times are subject to change. In the event that you are not present during your allocated tour slot, we will try our best to reschedule but this is not always guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel garage tours where necessary. Guests have unrestricted access to the Support Paddock where applicable.
At the races where we do not have our own Team Suite, guests will be located in the Club Suite where each person will be seated at a table – please note that this could be a shared table with other Aston Martin Red Bull Racing guests. Aston Martin Red Bull Racing hospitality is a little more relaxed in that in our own Team Suite we do not offer formal dining or reserved seating. We have a variety of seating options to choose from including high and low seated dining, and more relaxed lounge environments. We have adapted our food service to suit the set up of our suite. We do not operate a reserved seating policy in the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing Team Suite, and encourage guests to embrace the opportunity to enjoy all aspects of our suite.
A further initiative to enhance the genuine business benefits, is the provision of a Business Suite within the Formula One Paddock Club™. These will be available at various locations during the 2019 season and are designed as a flexible space that can be used for forums, meetings and business events and also as a separate space for any corporate client who, over the weekend, may need occasional access to an area with a little more privacy. The Business Suite is provided and managed by the race organisers and is available to book for small breakout meetings free of charge or the whole area can be reserved at an additional cost – please ask your Aston Martin Red Bull Racing Team contact for more information.
The Formula One Paddock Club™ is usually located above the team garages and therefore offers a prime view of the start/ finish straight and starting grid. Facilities vary from circuit to circuit, sometimes offering viewing from roof terraces, grandstands and outdoor balconies. HD TV screens will keep you up to date with all the on track action. We are also able to offer access to the team radio to further assist you in following the race action in the same way our team does.
We always endeavour to bring our race drivers into the suite on Saturday or Sunday for a Q&A and signing session if time permits. On some occasions we may have to cancel appearances due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the Club Suite you can enjoy a wide selection of dishes available from the live preparation stations within the Formula One Paddock Club™. In our Aston Martin Red Bull Racing Team Suite, we operate a plentiful flying buffet style service. Each option is served in a roaming mini bowl service that can be enjoyed throughout all areas of the suite. Guests can take as much or as little as they like. Alternatively guests are welcome to enjoy the food stations located within the general club suite area if they choose to. Both options offer the same very high standard of food quality. If guests have a food allergy, they should inform the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing Hospitality Team ahead of the race event, alternatively you can notify the team on arrival.
Smart casual attire is recommended. We kindly request that no tracksuits, shorts or beach attire be worn.
Our official merchandise stand is located within the F1 Fan Village. This is often a short walk from the Formula One Paddock Club™ or via circuit arranged shuttles. Please speak with your host on arrival for more information on how to reach the F1 Fan Village; Aston Martin Red Bull Racing guests are entitled to a 20% discount at our team merchandise shop, simply provide the friendly staff with your Aston Martin Red Bull Racing Paddock Club ticket and the voucher included inside the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing Race Guide available for collection from your Aston Martin Red Bull Racing hosts.
Unfortunately Formula One Paddock Club™ does not offer a cloakroom service and large pieces of luggage will not be permitted inside.
Smoking is only permitted within the dedicated smoking areas. This may vary from race to race. Your Aston Martin Red Bull Racing hospitality hosts will point this out to you upon your arrival to the suite.
Unless otherwise advised, filming and sound recording is only permitted within the Formula One Paddock Club™ and during the Pit Lane Walk, provided that it is for personal, private and non-commercial purposes (which does not include social media). Filming and photography is not permitted inside the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing Garage at any time. Please be aware that you may be photographed or filmed whilst you are in the Formula One Paddock Club™ and that your image may be used in broadcast coverage and promotional materials. You are deemed to consent to all such usage. For further information, please refer to the Formula One Paddock Club™ terms and conditions which are available from your Aston Martin Red Bull Racing host, from any member of Formula One Paddock Club™ staff or on Formula 1.com.
Yes. However, all individuals do require a ticket to be granted access, no matter what age they may be. Any children will need to be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. We do not recommend you bring infants and very young children to Formula 1™ events, however, should you wish to bring a young child (under the age of 7 years old) you will need to complete the Formula One Paddock Club™ parent/guardian waiver form on arrival to the Paddock Club entrance. We advise you bring your own suitable ear defenders and would encourage these to be worn by your children at all times.

Tickets are issued as an individual pass allowing different guests to be invited on individual days. Tickets are non- transferable and can only be issued to one guest per day. A wrist band will be issued upon arrival.
Each person entering the Paddock Club™ facility requires a Paddock Club™ ticket. Guests without a Paddock Club™ ticket will not be permitted to enter the facility. The minimum age for guests is 7 years old. Children between 7 and 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets will be sent to our Factory and packaged and distributed to you. Please complete your full name and delivery details when placing the order. If your order is placed after the ordering deadline tickets may need to be collected onsite. The location will be shared with you closer to the event and is usually at a hotel close by.
Smart casual attire is recommended, i.e. long trousers, and a polo shirt for men. The Formula One Paddock Club requests that no jogging suits, shorts or beach attire to be worn.
ne car parking pass is issued complimentary for every three tickets purchased. (Except in Australia & Brazil where parking is very limited & in Singapore where the ratio is 10:1).
Additional car parking passes can only be purchased in conjunction with Formula One Paddock Club™ tickets and will be issued for the relevant days. Additional car parking passes are subject to availability and can be purchased at $180 per pass (excluding local taxes).
Please note no additional car parking passes can be purchased in Australia, Canada, Singapore and Brazil.
Vehicles transporting more than 8 guests and longer than 5.7 metres need a coach pass. A coach pass can be exchanged for 5 car parking passes or is available for purchase at $450 excluding local taxes.
Please note that if the coach driver is not a ticket holder, they may require a Chauffeur Pass at races where parking is within the circuit entrance. Please check with your Team contact for more information.
Chauffeur Passes are required for non-ticket holders at every race where the parking facilities are located within the circuit. These races include:
Spain, Great Britain, Germany, Hungary, Belgium, Italy, Japan, Mexico, USA and Abu Dhabi.
Chauffeur Passes cost $150 each.
When purchasing a Chauffeur Pass, if you are not allocated a complimentary car parking pass with your ticket order, you will need to purchase a car parking pass in conjunction with a Chauffeur Pass in order for it to be validated.
Prices indicated on the official Aston Martin Red Bull Racing 2012 Price List are listed as being exclusive of any VAT. Where applicable, these rates have been indicated.
Please note at some races such as Russia & Azerbaijan, registered taxpayers within these regions may be required to pay additional tax to local authorities at the current rate.
Any person under the age of 16 years must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over) ticket holder at all times.
All persons in attendance will require a ticket, including children of all ages.
Alpine F1 Team Paddock Club Information
Please note tickets and hotel vouchers will not be dispatched until full payment is received. Accommodation is pre-paid on the basis 50% down payment on confirmation, Balance due by 120 days prior to the event, all extras must be paid by guests at check out or, if a group, within a 15 days after the event . Unless otherwise agreed.
Lost tickets cannot be refunded or replaced.
Upon receipt of an order, an invoice will be raised and payment terms are as per invoice. If payment by return is requested, then we expect you to adhere to this. If payment is not made within 10 days of the date of the invoice issued by Incentive Concept, then we reserve the right to charge interest at an annual rate of 2.5% above base rate of HSBC from time to time, such interest to be calculated on a day to day basis on the balance outstanding from the due date for payment until payment is received in full by Incentive Concept. Any queries arising from an invoice must be notified to Incentive Concept upon receipt of invoice.
Bookings made less than 12 weeks prior to the event must be paid for in full by bank transfer or check. You may also pay us by Mastercard or Visa but there will be a surcharge of 3%. All bank charges to be met by client and in the event that payment arrives less bank charges a further invoice will be raised.
In the event of a fluctuation in the rate of exchange or taxes charged Destination Grand Prix /Incentive Concept reserves the right to advise clients and amend the quoted rate.Any additional expenses or fees including late check-in/check-out, unpaid extras, damages, additional nights/tickets not quoted in the original proposal but subsequently incurred by Incentive Concept will be invoiced separately after the event.
On request at the time of purchase, tickets can be delivered by post. Any delivery by courier is subject to an additional charge of 25 € for European countries, 50 € for US , South Africa and Middle East, 75 € for Asia & Australia
All bank charges to be met by client and in the event that payment arrives less bank charges a further invoice will be raised.
In the event of cancellation, every attempt will be made to resell accommodations, Hospitality or tickets and an Administration fee up to 10% of the value of the invoice will have to be charged. A credit note will be issued only in the event of resale.
Incentive Concept act as an agent, in the situation of an event being cancelled by 'Force Majeure' such as a pandemic or other Incentive Concept will refund clients in accordance with the suppliers conditions.
We recommend that all passengers traveling to a race overseas take out insurance. This can be purchased from most travel agents or with Europe Assistance.
Incentive Concept accepts responsibility for arranging with due diligence and attention bookings with third parties on behalf of the applicants. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising out of acts or omissions of carriers, hotels, restaurants and other third parties over which we have no direct control. The client agrees that Monaco Event F1 - Destination Grand Prix – Incentive Concept contracts such parties as the agent on their behalf.
